We offer a wide variety of website themes and templates from which to choose. All
you need to do for most areas of your website is to select the theme and enter your
information about your business in our profile manager.
It’s simple-Click on the “Add Page” button. Select the template
and add any additional information through our content editor. In fact, you can
even import a page from MS Office into your website. How simple is that?
Each account can have as many announcements as you need. You can re-use them over
and over again as you like. Announcements will be shown in the order of the start
date for each announcement. Once the end date has been passed, the announcement
will no longer appear.
The home page shows announcements as a scrolling marquee. If you have announcements
on a different page, the entire announcement will be displayed. You can also control
the display of announcements by checking or un-checking the “Show Announcement”
box.
Events work like announcements. You can have as many as you need and they can be
re-used once they have passed. The start date for an event determines the order
the events will be shown and when it will appear.
Events also allow you to provide your visitors with any documents which they may
need such as "Application Forms", "Rules", "Instructions" or anything you can think
of.
On the home page, the events are shown as a scrolling text-box. If you have events
on a separate page, the entire event alons with any documents available will be
displayed. You can also control the display of events by checking or un-checking
the “Show Event” box.
*NEW* Premium websites can now have their events organized into categories!
This feature is usefull for businesses or organizations that have many events and
need to enable the selection of events by category by your visitor.
*NEW* Premium websites can enable selection by month. This will reduce the
number of results and make finding information easier for their visitors.
This point-and-click module will show your visitors your hours of operation.
If you have a "Premium" site, it will also indicate one of the following
on your home page:
- You are Currently open
- You are about to close within the next hour
- The next time you will be open
You can have the following information for each membership type:
- Contact Name
- Contact Phone
- Contact Title
- Contact Email
It should be noted here that nothing whatsoever prevents you from having this information
on a free-form area on one of your pages (see WYSIWYG). However, unlike the free-form
editor, with our contact module, you can easily add or remove a contact from your
list and not affect the appearance of your free-form area. Also, email addresses
automatically become clickable to send someone an email If you use the free-form
editor, you will have to make that happen manually.
All members are required to list at least one phone number and/or one email address.
We recommend both. There is no reason to even have a listing if you don’t
tell people how to get in touch with you.
While a physical address is also required, only Small Business accounts are required
to show it.
The "About Us" Free-Form WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Module allows you
to place your content in a text area on a page much like a word processor does.
In fact, you can load a Word document to your text area just to make it easier.
You can select from a list of styles and themes for your website. Style-Sheets for
Premium websites include many graphical style-sheets that can be customized to fit
their needs. Standard websites have a selection of colorful and interesting styles.
To get a better idea of how style-sheets work, visit our demo website at

For Small Business customers who want to sell from the web but do not want the expense
or to deal with a commercial “Shopping Cart”, we offer a simple but
effective solution – A Pay-Pal module. Just click to add/remove an item and
click on the item to enter the item price and description.
We do full-featured shopping carts but only on a domain branded website due to various
legal and technical reasons.
This is an extension of the Contact Module. Many small businesses have more than
one employee or independent contractors working in their business. This module will
enable these companies to list their people, their contact information and include
bios and pictures.
You have the "Events" module to help you announce your upcomming events. Now use
the "Albums" module to show your visitors what took place at those events.
Another good use of the "Albums" module is to provide visitors of your work. Let's
say that you make custom cabinets and you want people to see your work. However,
because your cabinets are "Cutsom" they do not have a fixed price and you do not
"deliver" them, you install them. This is where you can show some of your work.
You will be able to upload pictures and thumbnails to your website with our easy
to use point-and-click site manager. A description of each group and each picture
can also be managed. You can organize the pictures into groups so that you can get
a lot of information on a page.
In addition to this use, the "Albums" module enables you to do so much more as it
basically provides a mixed text and picture format for almost any conceviable use.
Because we allow you to change the names of your pages in your website, you can
easily label these pages something that fits your business.
The "History Module" is a Free-Form WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Module
that allows you to place your content in a text area on a page much like a word
processor does. In fact, you can load a Word document to your text area just to
make it easier.
In addition to being able to place text content on the page, you can put pictures
on it as well.
The "Custom Page" is a Free-Form WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Module that
allows you to place your content in a text area on a page much like a word processor
does. Because you can name a page anything you like, it servs as a generic page
that conforms to your needs.
In addition to being able to place text content on the page, you can put pictures
on it as well.
If your information changes or you need to add additional content, you can do this
as often as you like, whenever you like.
